  • Service activation will begin after successful payment confirmation.
  • All service charges, subscription fees, platform fees, and messaging charges must be paid as per the selected plan.
  1. Software Installation & Setup
  • For WhatsApp Desktop Software, our team will assist with installation and initial setup on your system.
  • Customers must provide necessary system access and information required for installation.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their device, internet connection, and WhatsApp account availability.
  1. Subscription & Renewal
  • Services are provided based on the selected subscription plan and validity period.
  • Renewal charges must be paid before the expiry date to continue uninterrupted services.
  • Any changes in third-party platform pricing (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, telecom providers, etc.) may affect service charges.
  1. WhatsApp Account Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their WhatsApp account safety and following WhatsApp guidelines.
  • We do not guarantee prevention of account restrictions, limitations, or bans caused due to customer activities, content, messaging practices, or policy violations.
  • Customers must send messages only to users who have given proper consent.
  1. WhatsApp Business API & RCS Messaging
  • WhatsApp Business API and RCS services depend on third-party platforms and telecom providers.
  • Message delivery, approval, templates, and availability are subject to third-party policies and technical limitations.
  • Template approval, campaign approval, and messaging limits are controlled by respective platforms.
  1. Customer Data & Privacy
  • Customers are responsible for the data, contacts, and information uploaded or used through the services.
  • Customers must ensure they have permission to contact their users/customers.
  • We take reasonable measures to maintain service confidentiality and security.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Payments made for software, setup, subscriptions, API services, or messaging credits are non-refundable after activation or service commencement.
  • Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed based on service status and company policies.
  1. Support & Assistance
  • Customer support will be provided through our official support channels.
  • Support includes assistance related to installation, configuration, and service-related queries.
  • Any third-party issues related to WhatsApp, Meta, Google, telecom providers, or internet connectivity are outside our direct control.
  1. Service Availability
  • We aim to provide continuous service availability; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party platform changes.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by external platforms or infrastructure providers.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any business loss, data loss, account restrictions, missed communication, or revenue impact caused by misuse, third-party actions, or technical limitations.
  • Customers agree to use services at their own responsibility and discretion.
  1. Modification of Terms
